What we sell and the prices
Seasonal bouquets (small 1,800 yen, medium 3,200 yen, large 5,500 yen), an autumn dried wreath (4,800 yen), a pressed botanical frame (6,200 yen) and a weekly subscription of four deliveries (6,400 yen), as shown on the Products page. Whether consumption tax is included is stated in the written confirmation of each order.
Charges besides the price
Delivery, if it is charged, is stated in the confirmation before you pay. Collection from the studio carries no delivery charge. Any bank transfer fee is borne by the customer.
How to order
By email or telephone. The forms on this site only open a draft in your own mail program; nothing is sent until you press Send there. The order is made when you agree to our written confirmation.
Payment methods and timing
At the studio: cash, IC cards (Suica, ICOCA) and PayPay. For orders arranged by message: the method named in the confirmation, with bank transfer possible. You pay after the order is confirmed; if payment is needed before delivery, the confirmation gives the date.
Delivery and collection
The delivery area, day and time are agreed for each order and written in the confirmation. Fresh arrangements are prepared for the agreed day. Dried wreaths and pressed frames are made slowly, so the confirmation gives the expected date. Collection is during studio hours.
Subscription
The listed amount covers four weekly deliveries. The delivery day and address are agreed when you order. The subscription does not renew by itself.
Returns and defects
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, write to us promptly and we will exchange it or refund it, as appropriate. Because flowers are perishable and made to order, we cannot accept a return only because you changed your mind.
Cancellation
You may cancel before we have started preparing the order. After that, the confirmation states what, if anything, is charged for work already done. Mail orders are not covered by a statutory cooling-off period.
Product information
Fresh flowers are natural products. The stems named on the Products page are typical of the week the page was updated, and colour, size and variety change with the season and the grower. Where we substitute a similar stem, we tell you where we can.
Care and aftercare
Fresh arrangements keep best with a fresh cut every two days and clean water. Dried wreaths and pressed frames should be kept dry and out of strong light. These are notes for care, not a guarantee of how long an item will last.
Business registration and invoices
This notice states only what the studio has chosen to publish. It does not state any licence, registration or invoice number, and none should be assumed from it. If you need a receipt or an invoice for an order, ask us when you order.
